Customer Services
We aim to respond to all orders within 24 hours of receipt. We will
to respond to all e mail enquiries within 12 hours of receipt within
the working week.
We offer a Next Day delivery on all parcels as standard as long as we
have cleared payment by 3pm. (We will make every effort to ensure your
order reaches you within 1>2 working Day’s but there may be
times when this is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control)
RETURNING GOODS
We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. Should
you need to return any item please return it with the original packaging
and send it recorded delivery. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter
giving your name, address and telephone number, give details of the
reason for return and what action you wish us to take. We charge a 15%
restocking fee on all returns. In the case of faulty goods please contact
us on 0800 0966385 and we will then decide the best course of action.
MS Racing are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during
fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.
(This does not affect your statutory rights.)
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering with us is totally safe and secure. Once you have chosen your
item to buy simply click on ‘Buy Now’. Keep adding items
until you have finished shopping and then click ‘View Basket’.

PRICE CHANGES
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Every effort is made to make sure prices
on the website are correct. We also make every effort to hold prices.Unfortunately
this is not always possible. Therefore we reserve the right to alter
prices as and when needed without prior notice.
RETENTION OF GOODS
All goods remain the property of MS Racing until payment is received
in full.
