Arai’s first dirt helmet with diffuser mount, high-speed ventilation technology is worth its weight in gold. This isn’t ventilation – it’s air conditioning! Radical Peak Design Scavenges and forces air into the forehead vent ports for cooling, while at the same time using multiple relief-ports to reduce “bucketing” at higher speeds. Side Exhaust-Port Cowlings Produce an increased low-pressure area behind the vent for better hot air extraction. Inside, a small foam dam helps absorb and diminish excessive noise - without sacrificing ventilation performance! Emergency Release Cheek Pad Design Developed to allow easier access to an injured rider, the cheek pads slide out easily with the use of the integrated pull-tabs, which makes helmet removal much easier for trained medical technicians. Removable/Washable/Replaceable Interior Liner Utilising Dry-Cool® materials for superior heat transfer and drying time, it makes washing or even swapping liners between motos a snap. Removable & washable chinstrap covers complete Arai’s totally replaceable interior package. Removable/Flexible Rubber Roost Guard A large surface to block as much incoming debris as possible and with the top of the chinbar tilted forward, the roost guard now provides additional nose room.
